The Ryan MedlinSatisfaction GuaranteeI recently worked with a client who made the mistake of hiring a neighbor who was a REALTOR to sell their home. She was a great neighbor, but not a very good REALTOR. She did not do a thorough market analysis, didn't aggressively market their home with all the tools available (including the all-powerful Internet), didn't follow up on a regular basis, didn't provide feedback about visitors to their home, and they felt that she didn't represent their best interests when dealing with a potential buyer. They called it the "stick a sign in the yard and sit back and wait for someone else to sell it" syndrome. They were then put into a position where they had to try to fire their neighbor, which they knew would cause hard feelings. This neighbor / agent wouldn't even discuss it with them and they wound up having to go to her broker to get released from their listing contract - something they did not want to do and should not have had to do. Now the good news - what happened here will never happen to any of my clients! My Promise to You
If you, as a seller, are not happy with my services as your REALTOR at any time during our contract, you have the right to cancel the contract. All I would ask is that you tell me why you're not happy so I can prevent it from happening in the future. And, I will put this in writing!
That's right - you will be given my written guarantee at the time of listing. If you're not happy, fire me!
